Christine’s training portfolio spans psychological resilience and wellbeing to crisis intervention with 20 years’ experience in the education and business sector. She specialises in supporting workplaces/communities to find strategies which will encourage psychological robustness and recovery.
Christine works with our leaders, tutors and support staff focussing on mental health first aid, suicide intervention, youth aware courses, adult aware courses as well as offering her own bespoke training session which is customised to the school. As a MHFA qualified wellness practitioner, Christine supports teachers and focuses on building their resilience and coping mechanisms to deal with the changes that they have had to face in 2020.

The wellbeing of teachers is critical, as well as the expectation of teachers being on top form to support their pupils, especially during the current pandemic.
