Are you a graduate or experienced classroom professional with a passion for working with teens — but don’t yet have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)?

Milk Education is actively recruiting confident and committed individuals to work as Unqualified Secondary Teachers across a range of secondary schools. Whether you’re a recent graduate or looking to transition into teaching, this is the perfect opportunity to gain classroom experience and make a genuine impact.

What is an Unqualified Secondary Teacher?
You’ll step into the classroom to deliver pre-set lessons, manage behaviour, and support students’ learning across subjects like English, Maths, Science, Humanities, and more. No QTS needed — just a strong presence, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Ideal for:

  • Graduates considering a career in secondary teaching

  • Cover supervisors or teaching assistants ready to take the next step

  • Tutors or youth workers with relevant experience

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree (subject-specific is a bonus!)

  • Confidence in managing behaviour in a secondary setting

  • Experience working with teenagers (school-based or informal)

  • Strong communication and adaptability
