SEN Teacher

Milk Education is currently partnered up with a SEN school based in Manchester who are currently seeking a SEN Teacher to work in a nurturing and supportive school environment. If you are enthusiastic about inclusive education and making a real impact in the lives of young people, we would love to hear from you! 

About the School:

  • A specialist setting for children aged 5–11 with autism and/or SLD
  • Focuses on creating a safe and happy life for each learner
  • Uses a play-based learning approach
  • Strong emphasis on therapeutic methods

Requirements: 

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience working with children with a range of SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, etc.)

  • Experience teaching primary year groups (desirable, but not essential)
  • A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach

  • The ability to adapt and tailor lessons to meet individual learning needs

  • A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude
