Primary Teacher – Manchester
Are you able to differentiate your teaching to create engaging yet appropriately challenging lessons that meet the needs of every learner?
We are looking for a Primary Teacher for a long-term, full-time position in Manchester, starting in September. The role requires availability Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Whether you’re an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Milk Education can offer roles across any key stage, depending on your preference and experience. We can also provide full-time or part-time work in the meantime if you’re available to start ASAP.
What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiables):
- Confident delivering the National Curriculum, particularly across Key Stage 2
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Committed to creating a safe and supportive learning environment
- Open to both experienced teachers and ECTs
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Teach and guide children through engaging daily lessons, ensuring progress and achievement
- Mark the student’s work and assign appropriate homework
- Support pupils with SEN and manage behaviour effectively
- Uphold the school’s safeguarding and behaviour policies
- Plan and deliver creative, inclusive, and purposeful lessons
Requirements (Non-Negotiables):
- A UK-recognised Primary Teaching degree with QTS
- Able to provide at least two references from the past two years
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- A genuine passion for primary education
