Milk Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants for flexible supply opportunities across Teesside.
Whether you’re an experienced TA, a recent graduate, considering a career in teaching, or simply someone who loves working with children, this is your chance to step into the classroom and make a real impact.
You’ll work across different Primary Schools, supporting teachers and pupils wherever you’re needed. Every day brings a new classroom, new challenge and new opportunity to make a difference.
What Could Your Day Look Like?
- Helping pupils with reading, writing and maths.
- Supporting individuals and small groups.
- Encouraging confidence, independence and positive learning habits.
- Supporting classroom activities and interventions.
- Helping pupils who need a little extra encouragement.
- Getting involved in creative and practical learning.
- Working alongside teachers and school staff.
- ⭐ Creating a positive environment where children feel supported.
We’re Looking For…
Someone who is:
- Positive, approachable and reliable.
- Comfortable working with children.
- Able to adapt quickly to different schools and situations.
- Passionate about helping pupils learn and grow.
- Experienced in education, childcare or youth work — desirable but not essential.
- A graduate, aspiring teacher or someone with volunteering/placement experience.
- An experienced TA looking for flexible work around other commitments.
