  • Foster Positive Relationships: Build trusting connections with young learners to support their confidence and emotional wellbeing.
  • Support Classroom Activities: Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored educational experiences in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to children who need additional guidance.
  • Help children develop communication, social, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure every child thrives.
  • Celebrate achievements, big or small, to promote confidence and resilience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for Early Childhood Education: A genuine interest in working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Relevant Background: Graduates in Early Childhood Studies, Psychology, or related fields are encouraged to apply (non-graduates with experience are also welcome).
  • Empathy and Patience: A calm, proactive, and nurturing approach to addressing individual needs.
  • Experience with Young Children: Previous experience in early years settings or working with young children is desirable but not essential—training will be provided.
