About the Role:
As an Autism Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with autism and communication challenges, working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to create a safe and nurturing learning environment. This role is ideal for graduates looking to develop a deep understanding of neurodiversity and therapeutic interventions before progressing into careers such as Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Clinical Psychology.
Your responsibilities will include:

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Graduates with a degree in Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Health & Social Care, or related fields.
✔️ Experience working with children or adults with learning disabilities, autism, or communication needs (voluntary or paid experience is welcomed).
✔️ A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
✔️ Comfortable providing personal care and feeding support as part of a nurturing approach to learning.
✔️ Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and therapists.
✔️ GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C and above).
