Cover Supervisor – Crosby L23
Are you passionate about education and looking to gain valuable classroom experience? We are seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to support a secondary school in Crosby.
About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task.
- Supporting students with their learning and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Providing feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and engagement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a school or with young people (desirable but not essential).
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for education and the ability to inspire students.
- A flexible and proactive approach to work.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
