Pay: £125 £150 pd depending on experience

An exciting opportunity awaits at a prestigious academy in London for a dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisor. Join us in providing vital support to students and teachers in a dynamic educational environment where every day brings new challenges and rewards.

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor at our esteemed academy, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity and ensuring a positive learning experience for students in the absence of their regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include supervising classes, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and managing student behaviour to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Ensuring cover lessons are appropriately supported and monitored within the agreed system of supervision;
Supervising whole classes, large and small groups as requested during the absence of teachers;
Leading a tutor group long, medium or short term and covering tutor time or PSCHE and deliver the required programs in full including being part of the coaching and monitoring processes.
Covering duties and other school systems as and when requested.
