Early Years Teaching Assistant

Milk Education are recruiting an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to support a friendly and welcoming primary school in Croydon.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping young children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning within an engaging EYFS environment.

The Role

  • Support children during classroom learning and play-based activities.
  • Assist with phonics, early reading and number work.
  • Help prepare creative learning resources.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and social development.
  • Work closely with teachers to support children’s progress.

About You

  • Previous experience working with young children is desirable.
  • Positive, caring and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for Early Years education.
