The Role
- Support pupils with personalised learning, communication and life‑skills development
- Work 1:1 or with small groups depending on needs
- Assist with personal care routines where required
- Contribute to creating a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment
- Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour using positive, relationship‑based approaches
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and other support staff
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced SEND Teaching Assistants
- Support workers from care or residential backgrounds
- Graduates considering a career in teaching, psychology, therapy or SEND
- Candidates with a passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people
