Are you a recent university graduate with a passion for education and making a difference in young people’s lives? Are you looking for valuable classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching, educational psychology, or child development?

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate graduates to join schools as Learning Support Assistants (LSAs). This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced teachers and support students with their learning and personal development.

About the Role:

As an LSA, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs

  • Help deliver tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher

  • Support children’s emotional well-being and social development

  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

  • Gain firsthand insight into how schools operate and how students learn

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Holds a university degree (any subject considered – psychology, education, or related fields are a plus)

  • Has a genuine interest in working with children or young people

  • Is patient, empathetic, and committed to helping all students succeed

  • Communicates clearly and effectively

  • May be considering a future in teaching or educational support
