  • Cover Supervisor

  • Behaviour Mentor

  • Academic Coach / Intervention Tutor

  • Classroom Support Assistant

  • Graduate Pathways into Teacher Training

We’re keen to hear from graduates in Psychology, English, Criminology, Sports, Drama, Education, Sociology, Humanities, Maths, Science, Languages and many other degree subjects.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Support pupils individually and in small groups
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Help pupils with SEND, including ASC, ADHD and SEMH
  • Encourage positive behaviour and build strong relationships
  • Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
