General Classroom Learning Support Assistant – Full Time

The Role

Milk Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Classroom Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the L4 area of Liverpool from September.

Working across the classroom, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons while helping pupils to reach their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education who enjoys building positive relationships with children and making a real difference in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons

  • Provide classroom support to pupils across the school day

  • Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning

  • Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence

  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other Learning Support Assistants

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting

  • A positive, proactive, and patient approach

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development

  • A commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
