Milk Education are recruiting Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming and inclusive Primary Schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced educators, helping pupils to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
About the Role
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classrooms.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide individual and small group support to pupils.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
- Encourage positive behaviour and classroom engagement.
- Prepare learning resources and assist with classroom organisation.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupil progress.
About You
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Hold a Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or a relevant childcare qualification.
- Have experience working with children in a school, childcare or educational setting.
- Are confident supporting learning across the primary curriculum.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are patient, adaptable and passionate about supporting children’s development.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Hold, or are willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
