Milk Education are recruiting Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistants to support a number of welcoming and inclusive Primary Schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to help children build confidence, develop key skills and achieve important milestones during the early stages of their education.
About the Role
As a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children across Nursery and Reception classes.
- Deliver engaging learning activities through play-based learning.
- Assist with phonics, early literacy and numeracy development.
- Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction.
- Support children’s emotional wellbeing and personal development.
- Observe and monitor progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.
- Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with teachers, support staff and parents to support pupil progress.
About You
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or Supporting Teaching and Learning.
- Have experience working within an EYFS setting.
- Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
- Are confident supporting early phonics and language development.
- Are patient, caring and enthusiastic about helping children learn.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
- Hold, or are willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
