We’re currently recruiting for a PPA Teacher to join a welcoming Primary School in Nottingham on a long-term basis starting in September.

You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative school that values creativity, teamwork and high-quality teaching. This role offers the opportunity to teach across different year groups while becoming a valued member of the school community.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 during teachers’ PPA time

  • Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment

  • Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and learning

  • Adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners

  • Providing feedback to class teachers following each lesson

  • Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff

  • Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential

Requirements or Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Recent experience teaching within a primary school

  • Confidence teaching across multiple year groups

  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic approach

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
