We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a supportive and nurturing primary school team in North Manchester, starting in September 2025.
Milk Education is also open to supporting with part-time work arrangements in the meantime.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality education and promote excellent progress for all pupils
- Plan, teach, assess, and report in line with the national curriculum and school policies
- Adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of pupils, including those with SEND
- Administer end-of-key-stage assessments where appropriate
- Establish a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Requirements (Non-Negotiables):
- A UK-recognised Primary Teaching degree with QTS
- Able to provide at least two references from the past two years
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- A genuine passion for primary education
