We’re seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join a specialist setting in L27, supporting small classes of KS1 children with autism and learning difficulties. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a nurturing, well-resourced environment where every child is truly seen.
What you’ll be doing:

Delivering creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs

Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families

Collaborating with a skilled team of support staff and therapists

Creating a calm, structured classroom that celebrates progress in all forms
What we’re looking for:

QTS and experience in primary or SEND settings
-
Confidence supporting children with autism, speech & language needs, and developmental delays
-
A warm, consistent approach and high emotional intelligence
-
Passion for inclusive education and child-centred practice
