Are you a recent Psychology or Criminology graduate looking to gain experience in SEND, SEMH, behaviour, pastoral or general classroom support within secondary schools?

Psychology and Criminology Graduate role:
In this varied and rewarding role, you may:

Support pupils with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)

Work with students presenting SEMH and behavioural needs
-
Provide pastoral support to promote emotional wellbeing
-
Offer general classroom support alongside teaching staff
-
Deliver 1:1 or small-group interventions
-
Help students overcome barriers to learning and engagement
We Are Looking For in a Psychology or Criminology Graduate:
-
Recent graduates in Psychology, Criminology or related subjects
-
A strong interest in SEND, SEMH, behaviour or pastoral support
-
Calm, resilient and empathetic individuals
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
Experience with young people (desirable but not essential)
