Are you a caring and dedicated individual with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you want to work in a nurturing school environment where your contribution has a real impact every day?

We are seeking a Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive school community. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who require additional support to access their learning and reach their full potential.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs

  • Assisting the class teacher in adapting and delivering learning activities

  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being

  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Supporting students with personal care needs (if required)

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a relevant Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

  • Has experience working with children with SEN, such as autism, ADHD, or speech and language needs

  • Is patient, resilient, and understanding

  • Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively

  • Is committed to making a positive difference in children’s lives
