Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant or Graduate looking to join a Primary School where your support will truly make a difference?

 

We are working with a warm, welcoming primary school that is seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work as a General Teaching Assistant in Key Stage 2. The school has a reputation for being a supportive and caring place to work, with a leadership team who value every member of staff.

About the Role:

This full-time role starting in September, 2025, that involves working closely with the class teacher to support learning across the curriculum. You’ll be helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment and supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. This will be a long-term contract for the full academic year but could also be permanent earlier.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a recognised TA qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) OR holds a degree in education, childhood studies, or a related field.
  • Is enthusiastic, proactive, and a real team player.
  • Has a genuine interest in supporting children’s development.
