Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant – Reception Class
Location: L30, Liverpool 
Start Date: Immediate start 
Salary: £101.40 Per day and CPD courses 

Are you passionate about early years education and supporting young children at the start of their learning journey? We are looking for a nurturing, enthusiastic, and committed Teaching Assistant to join our Reception class team!

About the Role:

As a Reception Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher to deliver a creative, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children’s learning through play and planned activities

  • Assisting with classroom management and preparing resources

  • Helping children with personal care when needed

  • Promoting social, emotional, and educational development

  • Monitoring and recording pupils’ progress and behaviour

  • Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and parents/carers

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with young children, ideally in an EYFS setting

  • Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification

  • Understands the EYFS framework and child development

  • Is patient, caring, and approachable

  • Can work effectively as part of a team

  • Has a proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
