EYFS Teacher – Long & Short Term
About Us
Milk Education is more than a supply partner – we’re a community for educators. Join us and gain access to training, personal development opportunities, and ongoing support.
We’re currently recruiting for EYFS Teachers to join supportive primary schools and early years settings on a long or short-term basis. Whether you’re looking for flexibility, stability or the opportunity to find your ideal school, we have opportunities to suit your experience, availability and career goals.

You’ll be joining welcoming and inclusive schools that place child development, wellbeing and high-quality early years education at the heart of their practice. Whether you’re an experienced EYFS teacher, an ECT developing your confidence, or returning to teaching, we’ll take the time to understand what you’re looking for and match you with a setting where you can thrive.
Our long and short-term opportunities can also provide a pathway into temp-to-perm or permanent positions, allowing you to build relationships with schools and find the right long-term fit.
