About the Role
We are seeking to appoint well-qualified individuals who are committed to creating a positive learning environment and supporting children’s academic and personal development from September 2026. Ideally candidates will have experience of working or volunteering with young people.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups, responding to their individual needs

Helping deliver catch-up sessions to close learning gaps

Working alongside the class teacher on lesson planning and adapting resources

Promoting an accepting, inclusive classroom where every student feels they belong
Requirements or Skills:
-
Recent experience working in a school or education setting
-
Solid numeracy and literacy skills
-
A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, education or similar — or equivalent hands-on experience

Comfortable taking direction from the class teacher and working as part of a team
