What you’ll be doing
- Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language needs, MLD, SLD and PMLD
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
- Helping pupils achieve their EHCP outcomes
- Building positive relationships with children who require additional support
- Promoting communication, independence and confidence
- Supporting behaviour positively using trauma-informed approaches
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and families
What we’re looking for
- A UK degree (2:2 or above preferred)
- A genuine passion for education and SEND
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilient, patient and proactive individuals
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
- Right to work in the UK
