What you’ll be doing

• Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language needs, MLD, SLD and PMLD
• Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
• Helping pupils achieve their EHCP outcomes
• Building positive relationships with children who require additional support
• Promoting communication, independence and confidence
• Supporting behaviour positively using trauma-informed approaches
• Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and families

What we’re looking for

• A UK degree (2:2 or above preferred)
• A genuine passion for education and SEND
• Excellent communication skills
• Resilient, patient and proactive individuals
• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
• Right to work in the UK
