Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Milk Education are recruiting an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Carshalton.

You’ll work across the school delivering planned lessons, leading intervention groups and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons during teacher PPA time.
• Lead intervention groups in English and Maths.
• Support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff.
• Help maintain high standards of behaviour and learning.

About You

• HLTA qualification or equivalent classroom experience.
• Previous experience within a UK primary school.
• Confident leading whole-class learning.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about supporting children’s education.
