Learning Support Assistants – Full Time
The Role
As a General Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers in KS2 to provide consistent, compassionate support across the school day. You’ll help create a safe, stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small group support

Assist with sensory integration, and communication needs

Implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies

Foster independence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing

Work collaboratively with teachers, LSAs

Experience supporting children with autism and/or PMLD (school or care settings)
