Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Milk Education are recruiting an experienced HLTA to join a welcoming primary school in Lambeth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a varied role, supporting learning across the school while delivering lessons during teacher PPA time and leading targeted interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Lead intervention groups in English and Maths.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff.
• Promote positive behaviour and high-quality learning.

The Ideal Candidate

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Previous UK primary school experience.
• Confident leading whole-class learning.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Passionate about supporting children’s education.
