The Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 in the classroom
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to support learning and confidence
- Use creative approaches, including drama, storytelling, role play, and performance techniques, to engage pupils
- Support children with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Encourage communication, social skills, and emotional development
- Work closely with teachers to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
- Promote positive behaviour and uphold safeguarding policies

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who have:
- A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, Theatre Studies, or a related subject
- Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop
No previous school experience is required—we’re looking for graduates with the right attitude and transferable skills.
