Teaching Assistant
Do you have a passion for supporting young people with additional needs? We are seeking a resilient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary school in L28, supporting students with Autism and ADHD.

About the Role
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Autism and ADHD.
- Assist in implementing personalised learning plans and behaviour strategies.
- Help students develop social, emotional, and communication skills in a structured environment.
- Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to create an inclusive classroom experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting students with Autism and ADHD (desirable but not essential).
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A caring, patient, and resilient approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
