Primary Teacher – Worksop

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming and supportive school?

A friendly and inclusive primary school in Worksop is seeking an inspiring Primary Teacher to join their team. This role is suitable for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality education and creating engaging learning experiences for every child.

Whether your strengths lie in EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.

  • Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEND staff and senior leaders.

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

  • Promote high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and wellbeing.

  • Inspire children to become confident, independent learners.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

  • ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply.

  • Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.

  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.

  • Has strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.

  • Is committed to delivering engaging, high-quality teaching.

  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
