Milk Education is working in partnership with a fantastic primary school in Doncaster that is seeking an inspiring Primary Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a lasting impact on pupils’ learning and development while becoming part of a caring and inclusive school community.

We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality education.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.

  • Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.

  • Differentiate learning to ensure all pupils, including those with SEND, are fully supported.

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

  • Promote high standards of behaviour, achievement and wellbeing.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential).

  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school (essential).

  • A strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.

  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

  • A passion for inspiring children and helping them achieve their full potential.

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
