The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with teachers to provide classroom support while helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting whole-class learning.

• Delivering focused intervention sessions.

• Providing one-to-one support where needed.

• Encouraging positive behaviour and resilience.

• Preparing classroom resources.

• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

• Previous experience working in a primary school or childcare setting.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A positive, enthusiastic approach.

• A genuine commitment to helping children succeed.

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
