Milk Education are recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across our partner schools in Lambeth and Richmond, with opportunities available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Supply teaching gives you the opportunity to take control of your schedule while gaining experience across a range of primary schools.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver planned lessons across different year groups.
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning.
  • Adapt quickly to different classrooms and school routines.
  • Support pupils with a positive and engaging approach.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and school staff.
  • Ensure a smooth continuation of learning throughout the day.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience working within a UK primary school.
  • Confident classroom management.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Reliable, enthusiastic and committed.
