Pay: £180–£240 per day (dependent on experience)

Year 2 Class Teacher
Milk Education are delighted to be working with a welcoming primary school in Kingston upon Thames who are looking for a passionate Year 2 Class Teacher to join their team from September.
The school is looking for an enthusiastic teacher who can create an engaging learning environment while supporting pupils through an important stage of their primary education.
The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Year 2 curriculum.
- Support pupils with phonics, reading, writing and Maths.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress.
- Prepare pupils for the end of KS1 curriculum expectations.
- Differentiate learning to support a range of abilities.
- Establish high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous KS1 teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of phonics and early reading.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Creative and engaging teaching style.
- Committed to supporting every child to succeed.
