Pay: £100–£115 per day

KS2 Teaching Assistant
Milk Education are working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Kingston upon Thames who are looking for a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils across the KS2 curriculum and help create a positive environment where children can thrive.
The Role
- Support pupils across Key Stage 2.
- Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
- Support English, Maths and wider curriculum lessons.
- Assist pupils with independent tasks.
- Provide additional support to pupils who require extra guidance.
- Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
- Help prepare classroom resources.
- Work closely with the class teacher to support pupil progress.
About You
- Previous primary school experience is desirable.
- KS2 experience would be advantageous.
- Confident supporting children with their learning.
- Strong communication skills.
- Patient, proactive and enthusiastic.
- Able to work effectively as part of a classroom team.
