You will need:

QTS or recognised equivalent

Recent experience working within a UK primary school

Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum

Excellent behaviour management

The ability to engage and inspire pupils

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
