Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only (Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm)

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work in a small, nurturing environment to help students rebuild their confidence, emotional safety, and trust in education. Your primary focus will be on supporting emotional regulation and re-engaging students in their learning journey.

What We Are Looking For

A Psychology graduate (or relevant qualification) with a strong interest in clinical pathways.

Experience in a care, youth work, or support setting (desirable but not essential).

A resilient, patient, and emotionally intelligent individual.

An understanding of how mental health impacts behaviour and learning.

A reliable commute to West Drayton via the Elizabeth Line or local transport.
