The Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with their learning and development
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to help pupils reach their full potential
- Support children with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Promote safeguarding and uphold school policies at all times

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential
No formal Teaching Assistant qualification is required.
