Milk Education is working with a high‑performing and community‑driven secondary school in the L17 area who are looking to appoint a dedicated Cover Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting young people in a purposeful and focussed learning environment.
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes during teacher absence
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons and ensure learners remain engaged
- Maintain high standards of behaviour in line with school expectations
- Support students in becoming confident, independent learners
- Contribute to a caring and supportive atmosphere throughout the school
