Pay: £100–£120 per day (dependent on experience)

Early Years Practitioner
Milk Education are working with a nurturing primary school in Croydon who are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their Reception team from September.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who enjoys creating engaging, play-based learning experiences and supporting children’s development across all areas of the EYFS.
The Role
- Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning activities.
- Work alongside the class teacher to provide a stimulating learning environment.
- Support children’s communication, language and social development.
- Encourage independence through classroom routines and activities.
- Observe children’s learning and contribute to assessment.
- Support phonics, early reading and early Maths activities.
- Promote positive behaviour and strong relationships.
About You
- Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable.
- Previous experience within an EYFS or nursery setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Creative, patient and nurturing approach.
- Confident working with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
