What Will You Be Doing?

• Leading engaging lessons and supporting pupils across EYFS and KS1

• Providing classroom cover and helping lessons run smoothly

• Supporting children through 1:1 and small-group activities

• Helping pupils build confidence, independence and a love for learning

• Creating exciting and accessible learning experiences for all children

• Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children overcome challenges

• Building strong relationships with pupils and becoming a trusted member of the school team

• Working alongside teachers and support staff to help every child reach their potential

• Celebrating pupil progress — from the little wins to the big achievements!
