KS2 Teachers

Milk Education is more than a supply partner — we are a community for educators. Join us and gain access to training, personal development opportunities, and ongoing support.

I am currently recruiting for KS2 Teachers to join supportive primary schools on a long or short-term basis. Whether you are looking for flexibility, stability or the opportunity to find your ideal school, I have opportunities to suit your experience, availability and career goals.

These are fantastic opportunities for teachers who want to inspire pupils, support their academic and personal development and make a real difference during the important KS2 years.

You will be joining inclusive and welcoming primary schools that place pupil wellbeing, inclusion and high-quality teaching at the heart of their school community. Whether you’re an experienced teacher, an ECT developing your confidence, or returning to teaching, we’ll take the time to understand what you’re looking for and match you with a school where you can thrive.

Our long and short-term opportunities can also provide a pathway into temp-to-perm or permanent positions, allowing you to build relationships with schools and find the right long-term fit.

  • Adapting confidently to different classrooms, year groups and school environments when working short-term
  • Contributing positively to the wider school community when working on longer-term assignments
  • Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and pupil wellbeing

  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents/carers
  • Confidence working across different school environments and year groups
