Nursery Nurse
Milk Education are working with a welcoming primary school in Richmond who are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join their Early Years team from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who enjoys creating engaging, play-based experiences and supporting young children through their first stages of education.
The Role
- Support children aged 3–4 with their learning and development.
- Plan and deliver creative, play-based activities.
- Support children’s communication, language and social development.
- Encourage independence through everyday routines.
- Observe and record children’s progress.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with the class teacher and wider Early Years team.
About You
- Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable.
- Previous nursery or Early Years experience.
- Good understanding of the EYFS.
- Warm, patient and nurturing approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about supporting children’s early development.
