Milk Education are recruiting for a PE Teacher in Liverpool to support a secondary school on an ongoing basis. Are you an engaging and energetic PE Teacher with a passion for inspiring Secondary aged children to lead active, healthy lifestyles? An Good rated school in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated PE Teacher to join their dynamic curriculum team. As a PE Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching across a range of sports and fitness-related courses within the Secondary setting. You will be supporting learners aged 11-16 to develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge, helping them progress into further study, apprenticeships, or employment within the sports sector.

 

 

About the Role

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Assess and record students’ progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the school policies and behavioural standards.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parent meetings, and whole school training events.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in teaching PE at KS3 and KS4 levels.
• Strong understanding of the current curriculum and teaching standards.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
