PE Teacher

An ambitious secondary school is looking for a PE Teacher who can inspire participation, teamwork and healthy lifestyles both inside and outside the classroom.

The school has a proud sporting tradition, excellent facilities and a strong extracurricular programme. They are seeking a teacher who is keen to become part of school life and contribute to the continued success of the PE department.

What you’ll be doing:

• Teaching PE across KS3 and KS4.
• Leading practical and theory-based lessons.
• Encouraging participation from students of all abilities.
• Supporting lunchtime and after-school activities.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress.
• Promoting a positive attitude towards fitness and wellbeing.

We would love to hear from candidates who have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching PE.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent behaviour management.
• A commitment to supporting young people’s wellbeing.
