Primary Teacher – QTS (Coventry)

We’re currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher to join a welcoming Primary School in Coventry on a long-term basis starting in September.
You’ll be joining a supportive school that values high expectations, collaboration and pupil wellbeing. This role would suit an experienced QTS teacher or ECT looking for a new opportunity across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Primary curriculum
- Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning
- Supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs
- Working effectively with Teaching Assistants and other staff
- Delivering engaging lessons that encourage participation and independence
- Building positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
Requirements or Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching within a Primary setting
- Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- ECTs are welcome to apply

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
