The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

  • Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued and motivated to learn.

  • Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

  • Promote positive behaviour and contribute to the wider life of the school.

  • Inspire pupils to develop confidence, resilience and a lifelong love of learning.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school (including placements for ECTs).

  • Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.

  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.

  • A creative, enthusiastic and adaptable approach to teaching.

  • High expectations for pupil achievement and wellbeing.

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
