We are currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Sheffield from September. The position is available on a long-term, short-term, temporary, permanent or temp-to-perm basis, depending on your preferences and the school’s needs.

The Role
As the class teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging learning environment where every child can thrive. You will:

Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.

Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.

Work collaboratively with support staff and the wider school team to raise attainment and promote pupil wellbeing.

Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement across the classroom.
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.

Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.

Strong classroom management skills and a passion for delivering outstanding learning experiences.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Pay: This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your daily rate will be determined by your teaching experience, qualifications, and the requirements of the assignment.
